Here in Northern California (where I live), a great number of really neat looking old industrial buildings that are still standing. Unfortunately in Southern California most of these neat old structures are now gone, mainly because of the high value of land that is needed for new housing and another K Mart store.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
